The German company BMW spread photos of the model 4-Series Convertible, equipped with M Performance package. Information about sports machine is limited, but probably additional elements are similar to those in the cabin 4-Series M Performance, which BMW introduced about a year ago. This means that the package will provide not only the optical changes but also optimization of the engine, chassis and brakes.
In coupe 4-Series package M Performance include a deeper front bumper with carbon fiber splitter, different thresholds, decorative stickers, a new rear bumper, 18 or 20-inch wheels, three-spoke sports steering wheel, bucket seats, pedals and rack left foot stainless steel branded floor mats and carbon fiber accents on the handbrake and gearshift lever.
The power of the factory enhancement provides increased power with up to 34 hp and 50 Nm. This applies to the version 435i M Performance, whose standard indicators swell to 336 hp and 450 Nm. In 420d power jumps by 16 bhp and 39 NM to 195 hp and 418 Nm, while 428i - with 27 hp and 39 Nm to 269 hp and 389 Nm.
Furthermore, M Performance offers limited slip differential that can be locked with up to 30%. All details of the 4-Series Convertible with M Performance package will become clear soon. The premiere model will most likely take place in Paris in October.
